    Maton Chopped black pepper

    Ingredients: 1 kg of meat (pressure), half a kilogram of coriander leaves, 2 cups green chillies, 5 green cardamom, 1 black cardamom, 5 cloves, 1 inch of cinnamon in half inch, 




    2 teaspoons of giraffe, 3 teaspoons coriander, 1 tea. Chilli turmeric powder, half a kilogram of sugarcane (3 cups), 1 cup of onion, 1 table spoon of cardamom, 1 table spoon of garlic, half a teaspoon of sugar, 1 cup of ground ghee and salt. 


    Procedure: Take a mixture of coriander and green chillies together. Powder green cardamom, black cardamom, cloves and cinnamon together. Break the yogurt well. Keep the khasi meat in the fridge for 4 hours. Take out all the ingredients together and mix all the ingredients together. 

    Now put a dhichchaya meat covered with lid and let it seal. Keep aside for two hours. Reduce the hot chocolate meat.
