How To Cook Khasir Dopanji
Ingredients: 1kg of meat, onion half kilogram, ginger paste, 1 tablespoon of garlic, 1 teaspoon of cumin seeds, 1 teaspoon of cumin seeds, 1 teaspoon of coriander,
1 teaspoon of pepper, 1 teaspoon, black pepper powder, 1 teaspoon , 1 cup of ghee, half cup of tomato, 2 tablespoons of tomato sauce, 4 tomatoes, 4 tablespoons of salt, 1 teaspoon of hot spicy powder, 4 pieces of cardamom, cardamom 4, black pepper 2, green chilli 5-6.
Procedure: Meat should be kept in the heat for 1 hour. Heat the ghee and put half the onion in the pan. All spices should be cooked with a little onion and spiced meat on the ghee.
