Duck methi bhuna
Ingredients: 1 pound 1 pound, black pepper powder, quarter teaspoon, ginger paste, 2 tablespoons, cinnamon pieces, garlic paste, 1 tablespoon, small cardamom, 5 onions, onion half cup, cloves 5, onion kochi half cup, fenugreek 1 Tea-spoon, turmeric powder, one teaspoon, two teaspoons, 2 teaspoons of turmeric powder, one teaspoon of sugar, 1 teaspoon of cumin powder, cumin powder one and a half teaspoon, salt 1 teaspoon, coriander powder, and one tablespoon of soybean oil Cups, chili chilli 6.
Procedure: Wash the water in the duck cushion and wash it. Mix all the ingredients except the onion gram, fenugreek seeds, hot spices, green chilli and half cup soybean oil, and wash them with warm water and cover them with medium heat.
